To be eligible, applicants MUST: Submit one letter of recommendation and have completed 30 hours of community service, 8 of which must be completed with the organization. The application must be filled out in its entirety, with an attached written or video essay. All submissions are due no later than July 1st (fall submissions) and November 1st (spring submissions) for the calendar year requested. This is a state approved nonprofit scholarship and all submissions must be approved to receive a payout.

After your application is approved, payouts can take up to 16 weeks. Please make sure all information is correct to avoid delays in payouts. All payments will be sent directly to the school unless discussed prior with your counselor. If the student is a high school student or was a high school senior at the time of application, a parent or guardian can fill out the application.
