What is Telehealth?

Telehealth is face-to-face video therapy that allows our clients to have appointments in real-time

Confidential video conferencing. It has been shown; Telehealth therapy is equally as effective as in-person therapy. To utilize this service, clients only need a secure internet connection and a device with audio and video capabilities. Our therapists use secure, private, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing software to ensure confidential services.

What do I need for my appointment?

-A laptop, desktop, tablets and/or phones with Wi-Fi will be necessary for your appointment. We recommend your device be fully charged at the time of your appointment to prevent interruption.

- Headphones or earbuds are ideal as they can help reduce outside noise and assist with keeping your sessions confidential

- A well-lit, comfortable environment!
